Hi, I’m sarah Sadeq

Hello there!

I would like to introduce myself as your guide on your health journey. My health journey started a few years ago. What was going on at the time you may wonder? As a teenager, I dealt with body image dissatisfaction and an unhealthy relationship with food that led to an eating disorder. The restriction led to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) which was triggered by high stress, and restriction. There wasn’t a time when I wasn’t dieting or engaging in restriction behaviors like over-exercising. I have noticed my passion for holistic health and nutrition that led me to be an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I graduated from IIN in March 2021. The Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program taught me lots of nutrition & health information plus coaching skills to be your guide on your health journey. My purpose in this business is to support and guide you to break free from chronic dieting, be at peace with yourself, and have a better relationship with food & your body. The journey starts with one step of courage to start your journey!

My Approach

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.


As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. 

 
 

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
