What is health coaching and how can a health coach supports your health goals?

Our health is the vehicle to a fulfilling and happy life. I entered health coaching because I realized the value of health and its impact from my personal experience. I used to eat healthy, exercise and ignore the mental aspect of health such as chronic stress. High stress is a trigger to chronic diseases and gut-health issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome & more. You can eat all the superfoods in the world, take supplements and go to the gym, but if your mental health is suffering you will still feel unbalanced.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I will support you along your journey to achieve your health goals. Health goals are any goals that align with your own definition of health. My definition of health is the balance of various areas of my life like environmental, career, physical activity, education, social life, happiness, personal finances, spirituality, relationships and creativity that are in harmony with each other. Taking actions to rebalance when you are not feeling like your best self is key. Self-awareness is a great place to start when changing habits & integrating new habits.
