Chocolate Tahini Energy Bites

Prep Notes:

Prepare all your ingredients and the container you want to store the energy bites in! All you need is one bowl and a spoon!

Yields: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup oats (GF if preferred)

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 handful of pecan crushed (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the tahini with the cocoa powder will , then add the sesame seeds.

  2. Add in the oats & maple syrup. Mix well until it forms a dough!

  3. Shape the mix into small round bites & store in container!

NOTES

If you want extra protein, add protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!

For extra sweetness, add sweeteners of choice like honey, maple syrup , agave , monk fruit extract, etc.

For healthy fats, add in some chia seeds for omega 3 fats!

Feel free to add any additional ingredients!
