Chocolate Tahini Energy Bites

Prepare all your ingredients and the container you want to store the energy bites in! All you need is one bowl and a spoon!

Yields: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup oats (GF if preferred)
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 handful of pecan crushed (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Mix the tahini with the cocoa powder will , then add the sesame seeds.
Add in the oats & maple syrup. Mix well until it forms a dough!
Shape the mix into small round bites & store in container!
NOTES
If you want extra protein, add protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!
For extra sweetness, add sweeteners of choice like honey, maple syrup , agave , monk fruit extract, etc.
For healthy fats, add in some chia seeds for omega 3 fats!
Feel free to add any additional ingredients!
