Prepare all your ingredients and have your bowl ready! Keep it simple and do your create your own bowl!

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

Acai base:

  • 1 sachet of frozen acai

  • Handful of frozen strawberries

  • Handful of frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup coconut water

    Toppings

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Pinch if Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp oats (GF if preferred)

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter

  • Handful of coconut flakes

  • A handful of vegan dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Blend the acai , blueberries & strawberries in a high speed blend for 30 second or until desired consistency.

  2. Pour the acai base in the bowl.

  3. Prepare all your toppings and put it on top of the smoothie base.

Notes

  • Add frozen banana for extra creaminess.

  • For more solid consistency, add less coconut water.

  • Feel free to add your own ingredients!
