Vegan Granola

Prep Notes:
Prepare all your ingredients and the airtight jar/container you want to store the granola in! Keep it simple and do your own mix!
Cooking Time: 15- 20 minutes
Yields: 4-5 servings
Ingredients
2 cup Oats (GF if preferred)
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp Chia seeds
Pinch of Cinnamon
Handful of pumpkin seeds
Chocolate chips(optional)
Handful of sunflower seeds
Handful of coconut flakes (optional)
Goji berries (optional)
Sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberries (optional)
Sprinkle of freeze-dried raspberries (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 170 celsius & have a flat baking sheet ready with baking paper sheet
Prepare all your ingredients & place in them in a bowl.
Once in the bowl , mix it all together until well combined.
Put the granola in on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Check on the granola every 5 minutes until desired.
Notes
If store in airtight container, the granola can last for about 3-4 weeks.
Feel free to add your own ingredients .
Works perfectly with yogurt, milk, & more!
