Vegan Granola


Prep Time: 3 minutes

Prep Notes:

Prepare all your ingredients and the airtight jar/container you want to store the granola in! Keep it simple and do your own mix! 

Cooking Time: 15- 20 minutes

Yields: 4-5 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Oats (GF if preferred)

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

  • Pinch of Cinnamon

  • Handful of pumpkin seeds

  • Chocolate chips(optional)

  • Handful of sunflower seeds

  • Handful of coconut flakes (optional)

  • Goji berries (optional)

  • Sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberries (optional)

  • Sprinkle of freeze-dried raspberries (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 170 celsius & have a flat baking sheet ready with baking paper sheet

  2. Prepare all your ingredients & place in them in a bowl.

  3. Once in the bowl , mix it all together until well combined.

  4. Put the granola in on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Check on the granola every 5 minutes until desired.

Notes

  • If store in airtight container, the granola can last for about 3-4 weeks.

  • Feel free to add your own ingredients .

  • Works perfectly with yogurt, milk, & more!
