Chia Pudding

Serving Size : 1-2 serving

Preparation:

Prepare all your ingredients  and container beforehand to save time.


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup of milk of choice ( Cashew mylk, soy mylk, almond mylk , oat mylk, coconut mylk , lactose-free , full-fat milk, etc)

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

  • A few drops of pure vanilla extract


Steps:

  1. Combine chia seeds, milk of choice, cinnamon and vanilla extract and mix until well combined and clump free.

  2. Close the container and place in the refrigerator for a few hours , overnight   or until desired consistency.

  3. Add your toppings and enjoy!


Tips:

  • Feel free to add any additional ingredients.

  • Add fruits like berries for antioxidants.

  • Add nuts and seeds for additional healthy fats.

  • Feel free to add your sweetener of choice like maple and honey.

  • Add some cacao powder if you want to make a chocolate version of this recipe.
