Oven Baked Eggs With Mushrooms

Preparation:
Prepare all your ingredients and container beforehand to save time.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
Olive oil
1 onion
Mushrooms
Salt & pepper
Oregano
Tomato pesto
Cheese (optional)
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius.
Chop the onions, mushrooms, seasoning (salt, pepper, & oregano), and tomato pesto.
Heat some olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion and mushroom in a pan. Then, add your seasoning and tomato pesto.
Spread olive oil in a ceramic pan that can be placed in an oven.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and sauteed vegetables. Add the egg mix to the pan.
Place the ceramic pan in the oven and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked as desired. Enjoy!
Tips:
Feel free to add any additional ingredients.
For extra antioxidants, add leafy greens, herbs, and vegetables like spinach, kale, and paprika.
