Prepare all your ingredients and the jar/container you want to do the overnight oats in! Keep it Simple and do your own mix! 

Cooking Time: none

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • Oats (GF if preferred)

  • Any dairy or plant-based milk ( I used brown rice milk)

  • Chia seeds

  • Cinnamon

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Chocolate chips(optional)

  • Blackberries (optional)

  • Coconut flakes (optional)

  • Goji berries (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients & have your container ready.

  2. Add in all the ingredients & give it a good mix!

  3. Put the oats in the fridge for the next day!

Notes

If the overnight oats are too dry the day of consumption, add a bit of liquid !

If you want extra protein, add protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!
