Prepare all your ingredients and the jar/container you want to do the overnight oats in! Keep it Simple and do your own mix!

Ingredients
Oats (GF if preferred)
Any dairy or plant-based milk ( I used brown rice milk)
Chia seeds
Cinnamon
Pumpkin seeds
Chocolate chips(optional)
Blackberries (optional)
Coconut flakes (optional)
Goji berries (optional)
Directions
Prepare all your ingredients & have your container ready.
Add in all the ingredients & give it a good mix!
Put the oats in the fridge for the next day!
Notes
If the overnight oats are too dry the day of consumption, add a bit of liquid !
If you want extra protein, add protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!
