Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients
3 tbsp Oats (GF if preferred)
1/2 cup of any dairy or plant-based milk ( I used brown rice milk)
Chia seeds
Pinch of Cinnamon
1 Banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
Blackberries (optional)
1 tsp coconut butter(optional for creaminess)
1/4 cup water
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender & blend for 30 second on high speed!
Pour in your glass & enjoy!
Notes
If you want extra creaminess , freeze the banana.
If you want extra protein, add protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!
You can add sweetness like honey, maple syrup or agave for sweetness!
