Berries & Oats Smoothie

Prepare all your ingredients to save time!

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oats (GF if preferred)

  • 1/2 cup of any dairy or plant-based milk ( I used brown rice milk)

  • Chia seeds

  • Pinch of Cinnamon

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • Blackberries (optional)

  • 1 tsp coconut butter(optional for creaminess)

  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender & blend for 30 second on high speed!

  2. Pour in your glass & enjoy!

Notes

If you want extra creaminess , freeze the banana.

If you want extra protein, add protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!

You can add sweetness like honey, maple syrup or agave for sweetness!
