Iced hibiscus Tea

Prepare all your ingredients to save time!

Yields: 1-4 serving

Ingredients

  • 1- 2 tbsp of hibiscus tea

  • 2 cups water

  • Chia seeds ( optional)

  • A drop of rose water

  • Sweetener of choice ( optional)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a jug & mix it all.

  2. Keep in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

Notes

If you want add some omega 3 fats , add chia seeds.

You can add sweetness like honey, stevia maple syrup or agave for sweetness!
