Chocolate Hazelnut ENERGY Bites

Prepare all your ingredients and the container you want to store the energy bites! All you need is one bowl and a spoon!

Yields: 6 servings (10-12 energy bites)

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp oat flour (Gluten Free if preferred)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp smooth hazelnut butter or any nut/seed butter of choice

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seed protein powder

  • 10 whole hazelnuts (optional for crunch effect)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the oat flour, cocoa powder, hazelnut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, and protein powder until a dough texture forms that is well combined,

  2. Place the whole hazelnut in the center and roll the dough into the desired size of energy bite

  3. Store in an airtight container & enjoy!

NOTES

If you want extra protein, add your protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!

For extra sweetness, add sweeteners of choice like honey, maple syrup , agave , monk fruit extract, etc.

Feel free to add any additional ingredients!
