Prepare all your ingredients to save time!

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds ( optional)

  • Pinch of Cinnamon ( optional)

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries

  • 1/4 cup coconut water

  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender & blend for 30 second on high speed!

  2. Pour in your glass & enjoy!

Notes

If you want the base as coconut water , don’t add water!

If you want extra protein, add protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!

You can add sweetness like honey, maple syrup or agave for sweetness!

Add chia seeds for healthy fats blended with smoothie or topped the smoothie with chia seeds!

If you want it without added sugar, skip the sweetener!
