Mixed Berries & Mango Smoothie

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen mango

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries( Blueberry, raspberry, blackberry & strawberry)

  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender & blend for 30 second or until well blended on high speed!

  2. Pour in your glass & enjoy!

Notes

If you want extra creaminess , freeze the banana.

If you want extra protein, add protein powder of choice, or peanut butter, etc!

You can add sweetness like honey, maple syrup or agave for sweetness!
